Mr. Akoh Amos (Pronouncer – KCIC Spelling Bee)
Mr. Akoh Amos is an international teacher of English (An ESL teacher). He holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Management, but found a daring passion and interest for the English language through more than ten years of thorough and inquisitive research, mentoring and teaching experience.
He is a renowned expert in English phonology; a researcher, grammarian and a communication expert with more than a decade of teaching experience in both primary and secondary schools; a virtual teacher to many ESL (English as Second Language) students under the tutelage of some foreign organizations online. He has taught in some of the best international schools in Abuja and Kaduna state, namely: Nigerian Tulip International College, Essence International School, Danbo International College, Legacy Schools, Wingate International etc., and has been a literacy consultant to many private schools on Literacy Development and Education Psychology.
He is the founder/pioneer of an online-based English institute – The OralAmos English Institute, where he offers online courses and training programs to many individuals within and outside the state/country on the chore aspects of the English language, both to graduates and undergraduates. He is an author, one who has also forwarded many works in diverse areas of English language as a subject.
Mr. AKOH Amos is an IELTS trainer with experience in the British Curriculum; he is IGCSE certified in English language. His penchant for the English language makes it his strongest forte, which is seen, recognized, and appreciated by many, and that stands him out amongst other teachers of the language within his niche. The author has also been an official pronouncer in many Spelling Bee Competitions within and outside the state.
