ABOUT PIUS

Engr. Pius is a Civil Engineer by profession, an accomplished builder with more than 19years extensive experience in Building, Tiling (Tiles and Granites), Interlocking, Landscaping, Insulation of PVC Ceiling and Suspended Ceiling. Through personal initiation and skills,he was able to introduce various types’ of matured design, identifying key problems and providing good lasting solution. He also trained skillful artisan that are able to meet up with the required target and are faithful in delivering.

In addition, after acquiring a degree in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering), he quantifies, supervises and manages construction/structural projects.  Some of the project executed includes New World Hotel Kafanchan Kaduna, NARICT (National Research Institute of Chemical Technology) Zaria Kaduna, NTI (National Teacher Institute) Kaduna, NAF Base (Nigeria Air Force Base) Kainji Dam Niger state, and countless number of duplex housing and Civil Engineering works.

Also he is passionate and experienced in building education, and as such he is among those that developed Educational Software (i.e StudyLab), Authored the book “Spell It Now”, Computer Training Centre (Database, Corel Draw, AutoCAD), Video Coverage and Editing, Event Managements, Website Development and Management, Publishing and Printing. He is the COE of Dream World Pioneers Ventures® and the founders of Kada City Inter-Schools Competition LTD (Spelling Bee).

The Spelling Bee competition was hosted first at Goshen Garden, Sabo on May 27th 2017 with about eighteen pupils/students participated. The vision grew to host a State Spelling Bee, which has thirty one Schools in attendance in both age groups 7 – 10 and 11 -14, with one hundred and sixty four pupils/students competing at age 7 – 10 and eighty eight students competing at age 11 -14. The Spelling Final was held at the State University (KASU) on 5th and 6th of July, 2019.
